Looks like a 2-door RX300 in the top pic. Not bad.

2005-2011 or 2011-current Mercedes ML judging by the c-pillar and fender lines. Most likely the 2005-2011 though due to the sharper lines.

I'm thinking MDX.

Why do people have security cameras with worse quality than a 1986 camcorder??

Based on the size of the pillar before the rear window, I’m inclined to think maybe a Ford Freestyle? Not sure what else shares that design feature...

Forgot about those - definitely has the same sort of C pillar

That was my first thought. Has to be a first gen. Acura MDX

More cars than I first thought... I was thinking Explorer, but others have also suggested Acura MDX (Gen 1), Mercedes ML, Acura RX. All share a similarly designed C-pillar

A cheat sheet (posted in the order I find most likely).

That’s a good thought, never would’ve thought Merc. Suddenly I’m surprised by how many SUVs share the same sort of C-pillar

I looked again - probably not an MDX or RX300, as their C pillars are tiny compared to the photo.

I don’t know... I suppose it’s better than no surveillance cameras, but maybe not by all that much

It does look pretty wide...reminded me at first of a Tahoe, but I don’t think the car is large enough.

A Blazer or Jimmy?

Perhaps a Blazer? The C-pillar with the largish back window look right to me with the top picture, but the bottom picture looks like maybe there should be a slight overhang above the back window.

I’m inclined to say “ML-class based on the taillights if the bottom pic has them illuminated.
But the pre-facelift Acadia/Outlook is a candidate.

Yeah, I just made a similar comment in a new thread. The 2nd picture makes me think maybe there’s a slight overhang above the rear window (like on the newer cars) but it’s hard to tell

Maybe a Navigator?
This is damn near impossible with this shitty camera. Honestly it would be better if we knew how tall the guy was and where he was struck. that way we could extrapolate on ride height.

My first thought was 1st gen Acura MDX
